INBYTE Mobile Store is a cashier and management system built for mobile phone and accessories shops. It runs on a single Windows device, even a modest one, and keeps working without internet; internet is only needed to send WhatsApp alerts.
Built for how a phone shop works
- Installment sales: customer details, phone model and IMEI, down payment, number of installments and a full payment schedule, with the ID, contract or cheques attached.
- Every installment tracked: due, paid, late or cancelled, with the actual payment date.
- WhatsApp reminders to the owner: a day before an installment is due, every day while it is late, and when an item reaches its minimum stock.
- Profit per sale: sale price minus purchase price, by day, month and year.
Everything else the shop needs
- A fast cashier screen: search by name or barcode, discounts, and printed invoices (A4 or thermal).
- Purchases from suppliers that update stock automatically, and a stock movement log.
- A customer file: phone, national ID, address and notes.
